正確選項能夠表達原句最核心的意思(essential information),一些細節信息可能會被刪除。
錯誤選項有兩個特點,一是對原句的意思做出重大改變(change the meaning in important ways),比如添加了原句沒有的信息或邏輯關系;二是遺漏重要信息(leave out essential information) 如原句包含兩個要點,選項中只保留了一個。
句子簡化題一般的步驟是:
1. 劃分原句的句子成分,提取句子主干
2. 看原句包含幾個要點,幾個要點之間的邏輯關系是什么 (例如并列,因果,讓步等)
3. 對比選項,選擇表達原句核心含義的答案,同時排除錯誤選項。
