Some people prefer to hold parties; while others do not like to hold parties or other social events. They prefer to participate in parties. Which way do you prefer and why?

Task1是關(guān)于是喜歡舉辦派對還是參與排隊的問題。
1. 選組織排隊，理由：
I personlly prefer to organize the party. Firstly I can have everything under control. I mean, I can decide the theme of the party. I can invite the people who I enjoy staying with and I can prepare whatever I like to eat. Also the venue and time are up to me. For example, last time I had my bithyday party, I required all the guests to wear pajamas and we had so much fun. Plus, I feel more comfortable around people who I‘m familiar with.
2. 選參加派對，理由：
I defenitely prefer to just be a participent simply because it s so easy and care-free. All you need to do is just choose a gift, your costume and just enjoy the party time. However，as a host, you have so many things to arrange like you need to arrange the time, prepare the food and even decorate the environment before the party. During the party you need to talk to everyone and make sure they are taken of. Not to mention that you need to clean the spot after it s over.
Task2
Reading：newspaper提出要connecting international students with local family，閱讀中說可以第一周多去家里吃飯聊天，第一年每周周末持續(xù)去吃個飯。
Listening
聽力中的女生覺得很好：
因為她第一周很懵，找不到公交車站，有人提供practical information很好，還有就是持續(xù)聯(lián)系也很好，winter holiday她一個人在宿舍孤單，tough time，local的同學(xué)都回家了。
Task3
Term：overclaiming 就說會有人覺得他們在某個領(lǐng)域特別擅長，可實際只是夸大了
Example
professor說了一個research，叫了一群人一開始問一些基本的地理知識，回答完這群人就覺得自己地理很行，然后又給了他們一些城市名字的list， 其中包括真實的和假的 ，讓他們recognize， 一些人就覺得那些fake的城市也存在 還能叨叨幾句。
Task4
Topic：是講兩個動物avoid eaves dropping的方法
Point1：synchronize calls，舉例是樹蛙，說它們可以overlap voices，防止predator偷聽， 那個pred我不記得是啥了。
Point2：用visual signals pred就無法理解，距離是一種生物（忘了） ，它有red marking 可以attract mates 而它的pred就無法知道這其中的含義。
