時隔幾個月的托福家考成績被取消

最近不少同學反饋說，自己幾個月1前考的在家托福成績被ETS取消了，根據ETS發的郵件說，理由是：had unauthorized software operating（使用了與考試無關的軟件）。
以下是ETS郵件原文：
We have cancelled the score from the XXX 2021 TOEFL iBL ? Home Edition ? administration because you had unauthorized software operating during the test administration. Please be advised that as indicated on the TOEFL iBT? Home Edition website, recording devices/software of any kind are strictly prohibited and that repeated violations may result in score cancellation and/or your exciusion from future testing.lf these scores were reported to any institutions, they will be notified of the cancellation. A separate letter advising you of what institutions were notified will be sent to you if applicable. If you have further questions concerning this matter, please feel free to call XXX between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Time,Monday through Friday.Our fax number is XXX. If you wish ,you may register for any future administration of this test.
學生被取消成績的事情偶有發生，但與以往不同的是，最近的案例基本都是在幾個月前就考出的成績，還有些學生已經提交了這個成績去申請。
根據上面ETS的郵件可知，成績不僅被取消，并且還會通知到已送分的學校。ETS這波“秋后算賬”，真的是太狠了呀
ETS如此大動作真的是有被嚇到，Mia特地去官網上查了下在家考托福的信息，果不其然，在家考托福的考試規則有了更新！
下面一起來看看：
1.Don't use any unauthorized materials, including mobile devices, prewritten notes or textbooks at any time during the test, including the 10-minute break.
考試期間，包括10分鐘的休息時間，任何時候都不要使用任何未經授權的材料，包括移動設備、預先寫好的筆記或課本。
2.Personal recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited.
嚴禁使用任何形式的個人錄音設備。
3.You must disable any screen-sharing or remote-access software (such as Zoom?, Skype?, TeamViewer?, Microsoft Teams? and Apple Remote Desktop?) prior to the test. It must remain disabled throughout the test. Make sure that the software will not open automatically during the test.
在測試之前，必須禁用任何屏幕共享或遠程訪問軟件(如Zoom?、Skype?、TeamViewer?、Microsoft Teams?和Apple Remote Desktop?)。必須在整個測試過程中保持禁用。確保軟件在測試期間不會自動打開。
4.Don't communicate with anyone other than the proctor.
除了監考老師，不要和任何人交流。
5.There may be references to using a headset during your test. Ignore these; headsets are not allowed when testing at home.
在測試過程中可能會提到使用耳機。忽視這些，在家測試時不允許戴耳機。
6.There is a 10-minute break after the Listening section when you may leave your seat. You must return on time. Unscheduled breaks aren't allowed.
聽完之后有10分鐘的休息時間，你可以離開座位。你必須準時回來。不允許臨時休息。
7.At the end of the test, you'll be able to view unofficial scores for the Reading and Listening sections. Then you'll have the option to report or cancel your scores.

8.ETS is monitoring reuse of devices and testing locations for unauthorized purposes. Frequent, inappropriate reuse of shared testing devices and common testing locations may result in score delay and/or score cancellation and could impact your eligibility to take future ETS exams.
ETS正在監控設備和測試地點的重復使用情況。頻繁、不恰當地重復使用共用的考試設備和考試地點可能會導致分數延遲或取消，并可能影響你未來參加ETS考試的資格。

大家一定一定要遵守所有的考試規則！！不然被取消成績真的是沒地哭去
尤其是上面的第三點！劃重點??
有同學就是因為電腦安裝了這些軟件，雖然在考試時并沒有打開過，但ETS可能是檢測到了這些軟件，最后無情的取消了成績！
所以，卸載是最保險的，為了以防萬一最好還是重裝一下系統，畢竟很多軟件卸載后還是會殘留痕跡，誰知道ETS到底是檢測了哪些數據呢......
針對這一點，近日各大平臺還流傳著這樣一則消息：
這則消息是真是假我們暫時無從考究，但是ETS的檢測技術水平應該是有進一步升級的了！
哪怕是托福出了成績后，ETS過段時間還是會進行抽查的，一但被查出問題就很有可能直接取消成績。
成績被取消了怎么辦？
有些考生明明什么都沒做卻莫名躺槍，一定要盡快向ETS提出申訴（打電話、發郵件），可以回復郵件解釋，并附上證明沒有作弊的證據。然后官方會根據你的解釋來做出最后的決定。
一般情況下，申訴成功的幾率是很小的。如果申訴成功，成績就會被恢復；如果申訴不成功，通常會有兩種情況，一是申訴失敗，成績依舊被取消，二是ETS做出讓步，提供四種選擇：
① 取消成績，ETS會給你送代金券，可以用于下一次考試； ② 取消成績，退還考試費用； ③ 把成績寄送給你指定的學校或者機構，ETS會告訴這些學校你的成績被取消了，讓他們決定你的成績是否有效； ④ 提交仲裁。（僅限考試時在美國參加考試的應試者）。
相信真正打算出國讀書的孩子，都會選擇第一個的...
比較遺憾的是，到目前為止，我們沒有看到有童鞋申訴成功的。
對此，很有可能是，當你收到ETS這樣的郵件的時候，意味著他們手上確實有證據表明你的成績有問題了，不管這些證據背后意味著什么。

如果真的很需要托福成績，建議直接報名下一場考試，認真備考，不要再花費太多的時間在這上面。
還在備考準備考試的同學也不要太過擔心，這種情況畢竟還是很小概率的。踏踏實實的備考，把自己的真實水平提升上去，才是最穩妥的！！
對于市面上的各種bf、dk，一定要堅定say no！！！有的學生雖然GPA不高，但是標化成績高得驚人，還是用incredibly high來形容。學校怎么會不明白這其中的貓膩呢？
所以，切記不要抱著僥幸的心理。
