The graph below shows the level of satisfaction for health care in four countries in three different years.
The graph indicates the level of satisfaction people in four countries demonstrated towards health care during the two decades from 2001(首段定語從句的改寫).
When it comes to Germany, which played a leading role in（靜態最高） the satisfaction level for health care at 85% in the beginning, its figure suffered from（壞的趨勢） a stable decline to 72%% in the end. However, the situation of the UK was blessed with（好的趨勢） a rising movement from 70% to 90%, occupying the first position（靜態最高） over the last year.
