Task 1: Table (靜態表格)
Task 2: Some people think the government should ban dangerous sports, while some others think everyone should be free to choose whatever sporting activities he or she likes. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.(舊題重復)
點評:大家一定要注意的是,雙方觀點是矛盾的,可以采用駁論或讓步寫法
參考范文
It is true that some sports are considered to be more dangerous than others but many people also enjoy doing them. There are conflicting views about how much freedom people could have towards dangerous sports activities.
Those who are fond of these sports may claim that theyshould be free to decide how they spend their leisure time as long as they understand the risks. Furthermore, a great many virtues could be gained via undertaking those risky sports activities: to relieve the pressure, to dig out potential power in their bodes, and to feel a sense of great achievement.
Compared with these sports, the ordinary ones are just boring. Performing risky sports also gives the participants a chance to overcome their most terrible fear, and some people get addicted to it once they experience the feeling.
On the other hand, there are also many reasons against dangerous sports. Firstly, human life is undoubtedly precious. If somebody, for example, dies of a dangerous sport, his family would be very upset. Secondly, sports are meant to help people improve their health and there is no need to have life threatening sports. However, I think the risks involved in dangerous sports do not automatically justify the prohibition of these sports.
In fact, all sports involve some element of risk, and what the authorities should do is to ensure that there should always be clear regulations and safety procedures to minimize the possibility of accidents. (駁論寫法)
In conclusion, my view is that it would be wrong to ban dangerous sports. The most important thing is to do these sports in a right way, so participants can benefit from them on the basis of safety.
